Social Media Campaign

Challenge - In celebration of National Volunteer Week, we wanted to showcase volunteers as a way to thank them and others for volunteering and inspire others to volunteer. Volunteers were spread out all over the U.S., and there was no budget for doing videotaping in person.

Solution - We did a post a day of a short video created from photos highlighting a volunteer telling in their own words what they did and what it meant to them.

Results - The posts were popular on social media and resulted in a 15% increase in contacts from potential volunteers.

Social Chorus Celebration

Challenge - Help launch the channel for the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children on the Social Chorus app for Bright Horizon employees.

Solution - The 20th anniversary of the founding of the Foundation was coming up. We decided to ask all the employees to host little birthday parties (FUNdation Day) and post photos to the Social Chorus app on the Foundation channel.

Results - We were expecting a few hundred photos at the most. We were overwhelmed to get thousands of posts (see a collage of some samples to the left). It launched the channel more successfully than we could've imagined.
